Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Stacey Yerofeyeva started singing and playing piano at the age of 5. After moving to Toronto at the age of 11, Stacey began pursuing her passion for music professionally. After completing her ARCT in classical piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music, Stacey enrolled in the Bachelor of Music program for jazz piano performance at Humber College in Toronto. During the four-year program, Stacey had a chance to study under some of Canada's most respected pianists, such as Dave Restivo, Brian Dickinson, and Robi Botos. Apart from her solo project, Stacey leads a variety of bands, including Stereoflavour, the Tom and Stacey Duo, and the Ukrainian Fusion Project.

Stacey released her first EP, entitled 'Thyme Being' in summer 2009. The EP was recorded and mixed by Nathan Beaupre. It featured photography by Josh Allsopp, and graphic design by Dean De St. Croix.
Stacey is currently in the studio
recording her first full-length professional album, set to be released
in summer 2012. Stay tuned for more info on this exciting project!
